~Are you a Certified Sleep Specialist looking for more training opportunities?

Experience the highlights of a one-hour sleep assessment in a condensed 20-minute format, selectively edited to showcase key strategies, challenges and insights. This is a clip of a real sleep intake with a real family looking for help with their daughter.  Shira is a 22-month-old neurotypically developing toddler who is receiving speech therapy for a speech delay. She has a hard time settling for her naps which leads to her falling asleep at inconsistent times or skipping her naps altogether.  Additionally, her mom is concerned because she's experiencing insomnia at bedtime.

At the end of this interview, you will hear initial sleep interventions based on the information obtained during the interview.
